We offer free delivery within 50 miles of our Somerset, Newark, and Zanesville locations, making it easier to get the storage barn, shed, cabin, garage, or outdoor structure you need without extra delivery costs.

Our delivery area covers much of Central and Eastern Ohio, including communities near Somerset, Newark, Zanesville, Lancaster, Columbus, and surrounding areas. Outside the free delivery radius? No problem. We can still deliver for a simple per-mile fee.

Do I need a concrete pad for my shed or storage building?

Many customers use gravel or concrete. We can give basic site prep suggestions, but we always recommend checking with your local guidelines, so everything meets code.

How soon can you deliver my building?

Most in-stock buildings deliver in about 1–2 weeks. Custom orders are about 3–6 weeks.

Do you move existing sheds?

Yes, we can move sheds in many cases. Shed moving depends on the size of the building, access on the property, and how far it needs to go. Fill out the shed moving request form below with a few details about your building and location. We will review it and let you know if we can help and what the cost would be.

Can I customize colors and layout?

Yes. Many of our buildings can be customized with different colors, trim, roofing, doors, windows, porches, lofts, and layout options. Available choices vary by building type, so we’ll help you compare what can be changed on the building style you’re interested in.

Do your buildings come with warranties?

Yes. Our buildings come with warranties on materials and workmanship. Ask our team for current warranty details when you order.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free delivery within 50 miles of our Somerset, Newark, and Zanesville locations. Outside the free delivery area, we can still deliver for a simple per-mile fee. Visit our delivery page for more details.

How much space do you need to deliver a building?

Plan for width and height clearance for the building plus room to maneuver the trailer. Tight yards can work if the path is clear of fences, trees, and wires.

Do you anchor the building?

Anchoring options depend on your site and building type. Ask for specifics during your quote and we’ll include the right hardware if needed.

Do you offer rent-to-own?

Yes. Rent-to-own is available on wood and metal storage buildings with simple monthly payments. Ask about early payoff options.
