Our delivery area covers much of Central and Eastern Ohio, including communities near Somerset, Newark, Zanesville, Lancaster, Columbus, and surrounding areas. Outside the free delivery radius? No problem. We can still deliver for a simple per-mile fee.

I had a very difficult move of an oversize storage barn from my city-size lot in Upper Arlington. This included navigating from the NW side of Columbus, through downtown by expressway, to a hilly area near Logan (about 60 miles). Don provided a flawless service....on time, no damage to barn or property, no surprises, under promised and over delivered...just what I like! This is a professional service with top notch, safe equipment.....and most importantly, Don.

The storage buildings are very well made and to your specifications. The crew listens to your needs and builds them exactly that way. They are fast and curteouse. Delivery was a breeze. They have the tools and means to put the building any where. A great company. I would buy from them again !
We had a special project at our facility which called for a customized storage barn. Don was attentive to our needs and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. Turnaround time was not bad at all and the delivery/set-up went better than expected. When time comes for another building, I would strongly suggest using D&S.
On our second shed this year through D&S, and this most recent one was delivered and set within 24 hours of me ordering it! Saved a little money by asking what they had already sitting around & wanted to move. Very nice people and good experience all around.

Great little barns or even big ones I purchased a 12 x 32 and they worked hard to put it in the difficult place that I wanted it. Well built.Don tries to build you a building that’s a cut above the competition so pay the extra it’s worth it.

I purchased a SWING-MOR play-set from the Heath,OH location. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and the delivery and install team. These sets are completely worth paying a little more money for over what is available in the big box stores.
My husband and I purchased a 16 x 12 metal building. The building is exactly what he ordered and the service was above and beyond great. The delivery service superb, took about an hour to set up and Michael Miller even leveled it for us for a small fee. If we purchase another building we will be sure to go back.

Yes, we can move sheds in many cases. Shed moving depends on the size of the building, access on the property, and how far it needs to go. Yes. Many of our buildings can be customized with different colors, trim, roofing, doors, windows, porches, lofts, and layout options. Available choices vary by building type, so we’ll help you compare what can be changed on the building style you’re interested in.
